Beauty Salon for Acne

Beauty Salon posted about Acne info today. Acne,...emmmh, do you hate it? you are not a teenager anymore, but a full grown adult yet you still have acne (or pimples),....why? anyone who suffers from acne knows how hard it is to feel confident. Acne or pimples popping up all over my face back in my teenage years.Acne can be a very frustrated problem which may lead to low self esteem. Skin that produces excess oil is more likely to suffer from acne. Acne is formed by a collection of sebum (oil), bacteria and dead cells trapped in the lining of the hair follicle (skin pore). Acne is not purely a teenage predicament, 20-40% of the adults do encounter problems with acne. Acne is moderate when pimples (blackheads, whitehead, and comedones) cover approximately half of the face.

Sometimes, oral acne treatments or oral contraceptives have been known to work as well. Therefore, it is very important to try to resolve acne as soon as you can. Although acne can be very depressing for those that suffer from it, doctors say that most acne is completely treatable. Usually, a combination therapy is used to treat moderate acne.

Are you tired of numerous acne treatments that never seem to work?
Here are 12 Beauty Salon tips info to keep away acne:
1. Keep your HANDS off your face.
You hands, after touching so many things, opening the door, picking up a bag, things we do every day, are covered with bacteria. Touch your face often with your hands, or worse still, pick those pimples with your fingers and you will see the pimples multiply.

2. Keep your HAIR off your face.
If you have oily skin, you probably have oily hair. Oily hair brushing against your face adds to the oil. Wear a hair band, use hair clips to keep your hair off your face, tie it into a pony tail, or get a haircut.

3. Wash your face 3 times a day with a good acne cleanser.
You should gently wash your face with a mild cleanser. Just wash your face when you woke up, at lunch time and at bedtime with a cleanser that is meant for skin that has acne. Your skin cleared when you stuck to the routine and used only skin care products meant for skin with acne. A bar of soap meant for washing your face does the trick just as well., Wash your face from under the jaw to the hairline and be sure to thoroughly rinse your skin.

4. Avoid Frequent Handlings of Acne Skin
Avoid rubbing and touching skin lesions. Squeezing, pinching or picking acne blemishes can lead to the development of scars or dark blotches.

5. Stick to acne skin care
Every time I stray from that point, I end up with a major acne outbreak. Every time I see my pals with exceptionally radiant skin, I want to use whatever they use. I would switch to richer, anti aging skin care as a preventive measure, worried about wrinkles appearing when I get older. That backfires every time. I end up with more pimples. Stick to good acne skin care products.

6. Avoid a Sunburn or Suntan
Many of the medicines used to treat acne can make you more prone to sunburn. A sunburn that reddens the skin or suntan that darkens the skin may make acne less visible and make the skin feel drier. However; these benefits are only temporary, and there are known risks of excessive sun exposure, such as more rapid skin aging and a risk of developing skin cancer.

7. Relax
Did you notice how pimples tend to appear more before a stressful? Stress wreaks havoc on your skin. Pimples can also pop up due to hormonal imbalances, like just before your period.

8. Sleep
Your skin heals itself when you sleep. Your entire body heals itself in your sleep. A night without sleep may lead to more pimples. Get some exercise before evening. It helps.

9. Avoid rich skin care products.
Rich moisturizers, especially the cream-based ones can very well clog up your skin. It doesn't matter how old you are. That ultra-rich, anti aging cream is likely to cause your skin to break out in pimples again, or worsen your acne. A better bet is to use water based moisturizing gel if you really need the moisture. Stick to products that are noncomedogenic so that you do not clog up your skin again.

10. Hide the pimple when necessary.
Got a date or a presentation? Here's how you can minimize a big pimple. Ice it. Take an ice cube and hold it against the red, hot spot to bring down the redness. Then dab on a pimple treatment. Let that sink in before you apply a tiny dab of congealer with a fine brush, directly on that spot. Then apply your makeup as per normal. Actually, it is better to go barefaced, without makeup as much as possible, with only the pimple treatments on the zits. At least until they clear up.

11. Watch your pores.
Acne begins with clogged pores, so unclog them. Use a clay mask twice or three times a week to deep cleanse your face. Wash your face 3 times a day with an antibacterial face wash. For pore clearing, AHA (Alpha Hydroxyl Acid) is fantastic. It sloughs off the dead skin cells that would otherwise clog up the pores. Actually, the ones the skin doctors administer definitely unclog the pores. Salicylic acid is another ingredient to look out for as that unclogs the pores too.

12. Choose Cosmetics Carefully
Choose products labeled non comedogenic (meaning they don’t promote the formation of closed pores). In some people, however, even these products may make acne worse. Try using pure mineral makeup products that do not contain any additional ingredients like preservatives or artificial colors. This will help to hide breakouts on acne prone skin while still allowing it to breathe. If you try to cover up the acne breakout with thick, liquid foundation you'll only make matters worse by stifling your skin and inflaming your infection even further.

Beauty Salon thank to reader for spending their time on this blog. Be careful not to make your acne worse by adopting a gentle but effective acne skin care routine.
